She has been a yoga teacher for forty-five years and licensed massage therapist for twenty-one years, with licenses in Arizona, Nevada, and Florida. Her last academic position was department head massage specialist, College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas, Nevada. Currently, she is on-call at Jupiter Medical Center, Lighthouse Detox Center for massage and yoga.
During her philosophy classes in college, Dr. Gross discovered that yoga linked the mind and body in a sensation experience. This understanding compelled her to explore the classical and innovative movement styles of both Eastern and Western cultures.
