Growing up, he had to decide between drawing and writing, but realized writing was the best medium to convey his feelings then fell in love with Poetry when he turned 12.
Marvin did not want to become the people he was surrounded with, so he moved to St. Louis in 2009. He faced the rude reality of homelessness, but his determination was greater than his then circumstances.
