She moved to the city of Mandeville in 1989. She is the only one of all her siblings to have attended a Girls’ Boarding School in another Parish. After high school she attended the College of Agriculture Science and Education where she pursued the Diploma in Teaching. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Guidance and Counseling from the Institute of Theological and Leadership Development, now International University of the Caribbean. Dalrine earned a Master of Arts Degree in Education Administration from the Northern Caribbean University. She is an international teacher with16 years of experience at the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary levels. She is married with one daughter Donneille.
