Sitting under the table while mother sang. I turned her words into poetry .That time inspires me. I find that period, one of the more peaceful times in my life. My mother’s visits still inspire me even now, at her tender age of ninety one years. Poetry gives me pleasure, relaxation. It a special time and place, where I find peace and quiet, and some time wild adventure. Poetry lets me be a child, or a host of many wonderful things. I thank God for giving me a wild imagination, and the intelligence to know how to use it. Poetry is my first love. And it hasn’t disappointed me yet. Getting my career started late in life, I find to be a blessing of sorts. And if knowledge comes with age, I am only too glad to share it with you.
