Her love of baking came from her grandmother Irene, who taught her the fundamentals in the art of a delicious ending to the perfect meal. That love grew when she worked at a well known chain restaurant when the Baker quit & she was thrust into the roll to continue on & found the solitaire world of creating, more to her liking than the hustle of a busy restaurant.
