He is a happy husband and proud father of four children. He has been a substitute teacher for multiple grades and subjects, helping him understand the many different personality types and how children differ from each other during different situations and phases of their lives. He has also coached multiple team sports at various age levels, allowing him to see the best and worst of those personalities.
