I want to discuss three F words. The first one is failure. In the digital world this is not of consequence in my eyes. In the digital world we have to participate! We live in this new “participation economy’’ in which if you don’t join then you don’t exist I feel. It is of critical importance for anyone going forward to be proactive in this process. This is the only way you stay relevant yet keep learning and evolving. For me the concept of failure has gotten a cease and desist order in my brain.
