Readers can connect with the poems, though, as most everyone goes through heartache and disappointment in life, as well as experiencing the happiest of times: birthday celebrations, graduations, finding their soulmate, marrying, and having children and grandchildren.
I reside in Houston, Texas, where I am a certified group fitness instructor for the YMCA, helping others get physically fit and challenging them to become better and stronger so they can live more healthy, productive lives.
