An avid martial artist and certified karate- instructor, he earned a black belt in the late seventies. A decade later, he founded Self Safety Associates,a company dedicated to presenting talks and workshops on Personal safety, wellness and mental awareness. His two signature coaching programs are: “Let The Music Take You” and “Bringing Your Passion To Life” www.teddycrawford.com.
In addition to writing Personal -Enrichment/ Development and Fictional works, He enjoys his other calling: Music. He toured internationally for many years giving workshops in Jamaica, The Bahamas, The Cayman Islands, London, USA, and Johannesburg, South Africa. Teaches children and adult courses at Lehman and Hunter college (City University of New York), He operates private teaching studios in New York City and The Bronx and continues to compose and perform in the Tri- State area: (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in music and music composition from The City University of New York (Brooklyn College) His first cd recording of traditional and original island music is considered a collectors’ item.lihat lebih sedikit
