What is known as the main export to our Islands. Salt fish meals, of course, another staple is varieties of Wheat. Flour is exported from many of the Provinces off to the West Indies.
Trinidad & Tobago is twinned with the City of St. Catherine, Ontario, Canada.
I arrived in the Province of Ontario in 1965 in time for the Anniversary Celebration held in Durndurn Castle grounds, Hamilton, Ontario I was encouraged to join with other Caribbean Islands to show off dances from Trinidad and Tobago known as our vibrant Folk dances as a Troupe member in 1970.
