For the last 21 years he has worked as a psychotherapist, a forensic social worker and clinician, a care manger, and is currently an Addiciton Specialist, a trainer, He was a Field Instructor for students from Indiana University of PA, California University of PA, and the University of Pittsburgh, where he also serves as a Board member for the Social Work Alumni Association. He has been keynote speaker at the ACT 101 Leadership conference of PA, and Community College of Allegheny County. He has three rescue pets, Buddy, Prince and nineteen year old cat, Domino. He has overcome epilepsy, and alcoholism, and has learned to cope with the still present ADHD, Depression and PTSD. His greatest gift came from e-Harmony where he met his wife Kimberly Parker.
