Married to Larry E. Harris for more than twenty years. We have fourteen children. I confess I am not a writer. God inspired me to write this book to encourage and give confidence to women who suffer with alopecia. It is not limited to alopecia but reaches out to cancer and beyond. Being diagnosed with alopecia in 1997 until this present day, God put a vision and mission in my heart to help those women going through with alopecia. I started out by shaving my head to share with others like me. Shaving my head was to make a point. That point is to let all the ladies with alopecia know that being bald is not a bad thing. This is to help you to be able to do the same thing and feel good about yourself and to help you understand that we can be bald, beautiful, and brave.
