He helped to establish 17 Senior Citizens Programs in local churches and through his Logistical experience and leadership Dr. Painter serves in a variety of positions all designed to forward the focus of his primary mission of helping the third world countries to meet humanitarian needs and to excel in education and economical opportunities. He has developed the unique skill of being able to work with all levels of government and private corporations to facilitate a cooperative action between growing numbers of endeavors worldwide. His ability to demonstrate absolute faith in the face of confusion and challenge has won him the respect and admiration of many. As one who endeavors to give others the credit for work accomplished, he receives his satisfaction from knowing the needs of others are met, regardless of who knows what has been accomplished by his leadership. Over the past twenty-eight years the organizations that he has founded and directed have assisted over 7,000 agencies, governments, ministries, churches, and missionaries in 41 states and 80 countries. He is committed to meeting the needs of American Indians, the inner city populations, rural poverty, and the poor and needy, yet at the same time keeping a balance helping the poor and needy in a global world. Over 8,385 shipments with more than 217 million pounds of materials, worth in excess of $187 million, have been distributed since he began the material logistic part of the ministry in 1994.
