My parents , Avant A and Onshella M Vernon were Educators at Mt Hermon school where I attended K - 12th grade. Always embracing me in my endeavors. I began to write poems .Entering into Fair competitions, where I won 1st place. I knew I had something special. I needed to perfect my gift of words. I began keeping journals. Writing anywhere I had time or something to jot my thoughts on. Years past and in 2000, I published my first poem with The International Library of Poetry…Pieces of The Heart.lihat lebih sedikit
