He is an Associate Professor at Samford University School of Business in Birmingham, Alabama.

He?s the author of Corporate Cults and Who MADE My Cheese? He has appeared on the CBS program 48 Hours, and has been quoted in Fortune magazine and many other publications.
Dave is also a motivational speaker and seminar leader on the topics of leadership, management, and strategy. Before entering academia, he had successful careers in sports promotion and the sporting goods industry.
