Since I was a child, I loved going to school and learning new things. I have a wonderful family background and my parents noticed my love for school at an early age. After this discovery, they nurtured me through encouragement and motivation, and this translated to academic success.
Over the years, I discovered that I love school and all the activities that take place in this environment. I made a decision to venture into the education sector in order to teach and impart knowledge to students who need it most. In search of more knowledge, I received my bachelor, masters and doctoral degrees in education. This gave me a better chance at succeeding in a career in the education sector. Due to the different experiences that I had in the classroom, I decided to write a book that would explicate on means of effective teaching and how to decrease negative behavior in class. In addition, I have been working for the school district of Philadelphia for twenty five years.
