As an adolescent she felt so much emotional and mental pain sometimes she couldn't see a way out. almost translucent to herself. Her writings are a friend, council and true release. Now Rachel runs a well-being and resilience training business, Lotus Development and Learning and is studying for a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy.
