In 1994 I finished specialty "Operation of ports and fleet" in High technical school in shipbuilding and shipping - Varna.
In 1999 I graduated specialty "Marine navigation" (with educational qualification degree "Master of science") in Technical university - Varna. From 2001 to 2005 I worked from deck cadet to second mate for "Zodiac - maritime agencies" - London. Since 2005 I have worked as captain of harbour tug boat for "Port fleet - '99" - Varna.
My interests about the medicine and health began in 1994, when I had very high blood pressure (145/105) and overweight (73 kg at height 170 cm), which had been increased for 4 years. After only 15 days of fasting and 10 days of breakfasting I normalized my weight to 63 kg and my blood pressure to 110/80. Since then I have kept very good health by healthy lifestyle, according to the principles of the Natural hygiene.lihat lebih sedikit
