The Book of Acts bored her, she felt that the gospels were repetitive, and much of the Old Testament seemed like archaic poetry. Eventually she asked the Holy Spirit to teach her from The Word. Shortly thereafter, Amrita received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and began to devour the Bible like a starving person. The pages then came to life as He revealed His Word a little at a time. The Bible is alive and its Author still speaks through it. The revelation that jumps from its pages and into the heart, is as thrilling as a roller coaster ride!
Amrita lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and two children. They continue to host Life Group studies in their home, as Amrita is an avid student of the Word, allowing the Holy Spirit to teach her.lihat lebih sedikit
