His philosophy was to encourage young people to be the best they could be by understanding their God given talents and then use them to better serve others. He imparted wisdom to them by teaching what could be achieved by dedicating themselves through hard work, fair play and a desire to accomplish something with their lives.
Working with young people has always been his passion. He attributes this to the structure and nurturing he received as a child. His Dad was a strong influence on what it meant to work hard and his mother taught him how to bring the best out of people by encouraging them. Much of his writing has been influenced by personal experiences that shaped and molded his desire to share the best of what life has to offer.lihat lebih sedikit
