He began his education at St Augustine’s College in Cape Coast, Ghana. He moved to England and continued his schooling at Chelmer Institute of Higher Education at Chelmsford in Essex. He completed his course at the London School of Accountancy. He went on to work for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and finally as a security officer with G4S.
Francis is not a political activist. He is neither a businessman nor a pastor. Through unusual circumstances, he found himself researching the significance of European integration and the national emblems of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and the United States of America.
