This book is an integral part of that teaching. Embodied in this work are all the things she tells each of her patients in a form you can take with you and learn from daily. But the doctor does much more than preach. She has been a chronic pain sufferer since her back injury in 1980 ended her dance career. Dr. Anderson has suffered the frustration of modern medicine’s failed attempts to cure her. She knows – there are no cures. But she has learned that diet and exercise can control her pain and she is now stronger and in less pain than she has been since age 20. She lives the life she preaches.
