Overseer Sulton did extensive studies at the Alliance Theological Seminary in New York.
She is a City and State certified teacher, in the New York City Public Schools. She taught in Spofford Juvenile Detention Center, she was Principal of Genesis Elementary Christian Academy, the owner and CEO of NYS Regent Approved, BLS Multi-Cultural Christian Academy.
