( www.gorillas.org ) He worked with the Wildlife Clubs of Uganda in secondary schools for over ten years. He was born and raised in Uganda close to the Mountain Gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Because of his love for Mountain Gorillas, he remembers reporting poachers to the park rangers when he was only 12 years old. After pursuing his master’s degree in research, he opted to work with The Gorilla Organization. He is involved in environmental conservation education in schools adjacent to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park and Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda. As part of this conservation education, he takes school children on nature exploration hikes in the national parks. He hopes to encourage children who live near the gorillas to love the environment and become forest-friendly farmers and conservationists of the future. His work has been appreciated and praised by the government and many conservation organizations far and wide. He is also a botanist who is involved in mycology and ethnobotany activities.lihat lebih sedikit
