He received his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University, his law degree from Ohio Northern University, and his M.B.A. from Xavier University. Douglas is happily married to his wife, Gretchen, and they have three children, Josh, Emily and Sam. Douglas has run in three marathons including the Cincinnati Flying Pig at age 50 and has completed several Olympic distance triathlons.
