B.A. Zikria was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and came to America at age eighteen. He finished college in three years in Grinnell-Iowa, Wisconsin, and George Washington Universities, and received his ...lihat lebih banyakB.A. Zikria was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and came to America at age eighteen. He finished college in three years in Grinnell-Iowa, Wisconsin, and George Washington Universities, and received his MD degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. After his surgical training at CPMC, he taught medical students at Columbia University for twenty years and trained surgeons for forty-five years. Last twenty years were spent training of Afro-Americans and African physicians at Columbia affiliated Harlem Hospital. He has received ten U.S. Patents. As Emeritus Professor and Special Lecturer he has presented papers and delivered lectures across the United States, Europe, Africa and China.
