He has a Masters of Chemical Engineering degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, USA. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt, and his current role is a Lean Sensai for the Henkel Corporation, in which he works both regionally and globally to engage people to improve their daily processes.
