Her love for writing began as a child, but she really became serious about writing and becoming a published author at the age of forty-eight.
Her favorite authors include James Agee, Robert Frost, Ann Rice, and Emily Dickerson as well as Mark Twain.
She now resides in Jacksonville, Florida. She has won fourteen top-10 contests and was featured twice on Poetrysoup.com and on Poetry Soup’s
