Being an author was not something she had intended to do. But sometimes in life, you feel drawn to do something. The ideas for this book and her other book, What Will Cora Be When She Grows Up, just started coming to her after she had searched for a book to use in her classroom. She began jotting down her thoughts, and the next thing she knew these two books were created.
