In 1992 Shannon earned through practice a Master's level healer in the practice of Reiki, and went on to study Massage and Bodywork Therapy. Earning a certificate and license in Massage therapy was just the beginning of many doors of exploration that Shannon would pass through in her life. Shannon has owned and operated multiple businesses based on healing modalities. In 2004 Shannon, while living in SC owned and operated a Holistic Center, a business offering Massage Therapy, Natural Birthing classes, Yoga, and Meditation. In 2014 Shannon became a certified yoga instructor and opened her first yoga studio. In 2019 Shannon expanded her studio and continued to practice Massage and energy healing with her clients. Shannon has taught 1000’s hours of yoga, mediation, and self-empowerment classes and workshops. Shannon has co-led international retreats in yoga, bodywork and healing. Shannon loves to travel, grow through seminars and self-study, spend time in nature, and enjoy her time with her three children where she currently resides in NJ.lihat lebih sedikit
