Based on her experiences, she believes that there are two main reasons for the confusion evident today:
1. Our behavioral patterns develop according to the treatment we received from birth.
2. God is real, and we cannot live without him.
Our behavioral patterns develop from birth. You will note, from my writing, that I believe all human beings are born innocent, and our behavior is totally dependent on the adults around us. We learn to hate because, even if we were brought up under strict controls and traditions, there is a resistance within us that knows there is a freedom in life that is missing. Therefore, as we grow older and become more independent, we look for a way of filling that gap. The hatred we have for the people who hurt us when we were dependant expands in us, resulting in us hurting others as a means of getting satisfaction. Others turn to entertainment, drinks, smoking, holidays, sex, politics, and so on in order to fill the gap.
God is real, and we cannot live without him. You will note that this has been my solution in the gap in my life and it is for you as well.
It is good to be brought up in a God-fearing society because the society she was brought up in was crime free and police were there for ceremonial reasons only. Today, the fear of God is gone from the society, and crime is rampant. People are hurting each other and have become prisoners in their own homes.
Having said that, just observing the rules in a God-fearing society is not sufficient to satisfy that emptiness in one’s life—a relationship with God himself is needed by every individual, and we could only find that when we really call upon him and seek to please him.
When we do find that relationship with God, we would automatically recognize that God is love, and we would begin to love each other like brothers and sisters without exception, resulting in a return to the paradise world.lihat lebih sedikit
