Stanley is a trained ‘cell’ pastor functioning under the leadership and mentorship of Pastors Ensford and Bernadine Maskall of Zoe Ministries World Outreach Centre in Belize City, Belize. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Belize.
