He was born and raised in a small town near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. At the age of seventeen and a half, he joined the USAF and served for twelve years as a Medic. After he got out of the service, he worked in Emergency Medical Services and now has worked over 27 years in Dialysis. Allen has worked a total of 46 years in the medical field.
He loves helping people and uses writing as an instrument to do so. Allen has had over 20 years of management experience at various levels ranging from an Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of a pediatric clinic to Director of Operations for two different dialysis companies.
