Bill and Vicki (wife) celebrate when a new Bible College is started or a new water well is drilled, providing safe water to schools and communities. Bill holds a Masters Degree in History and Education from West Texas A & M University and a Doctoral Degree in Practical Theology from Great Commission Bible College. He has created many Bible Courses for on-line studies and enjoys many partners that are located in key areas for the work in Africa.
