There is no answer that fits everyone, but spirituality is a deeply personal process that occurs on many levels. She honors and respects the spirituality within each person, and is fascinated by the diversity and complexity of the human spirit. Heart to Mind Meditations speaks directly to that openness of spirit, that longing to connect with the higher power that is reaching out to us. The meditations and prayers come straight from her heart, with very little interference, and that is the thing that touches the hearts and souls of those who take the time to read them.
