Dr. Effarah has been a resident of Ventura County, California since 1978. He is an Arab American from Lebanon, born in Haifa, Palestine. He is married and has two sons and six grandchildren.
He obtained a B.A. degree from the American University of Beirut (AUB), a M.Ed. from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge (LSU), an M.S degree in computer science from University of Southern Louisiana in Lafayette (ULL), an MBA from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks (CLU) and a Ph.D. from University of Oregon in Eugene (U of O).
He established, owned and directed “Kfarshima College” in Kfarshima, Lebanon, in 1962.
He published his first book in Arabic in 1958 on The Political Problems of the Sudan, and an updated second edition in 2000 and published over one thousand eight hundred articles in Arabic and English in different newspapers and magazines in United States and in the Middle East. A number of books in English were published online through the www.AuthorHouse.com; and a number of books in English and Arabic, and still more are waiting to be published. His written articles in English from 2001 – 2018 are combined in three volumes: “THINK PALESTINE to unlock US-Israelis & Arab Conflicts,” Volume I articles are from 2001 – 2006; [ISBN: 978-1-4343-3252-3], Library of Congress Control Number 2007906593, Volume II includes the years 2007 - 12012 [ISBN: 978-1-4918-1600-4], and the same Library of Congress Control Number, and this Volume III from 2013 – 2018.lihat lebih sedikit
