Their aspirations to teach their own three children at an early age on how the body works and use it consciously with correct form was a mutual desire. Ricardo’s proprietary method ( the Beginner’s Mind Method) was incorporated into a short but effective program to be used daily. The program core values are : Education- we must learn about the body and how it works, Simple - easy to teach and easy to learn, Timeless - It will not go out of style, Fun - It makes us laugh by moving the body in multi-directional ways. KBC is a golden opportunity for children to learn at a young age about the body, how it works, communicates and feels inside.
With consistent practice, focus and self-control increases, allowing the ability to use the body as a tool by demand and choice in many daily life activities.
