She is trained in Body Alignment, Touch of Health, Kalos, Essential Oils, Stress Release, Spring Forest Qigong, Cell Activation and her work Energy Kinesiology. She is also trained as a Medical Laboratory Technician which has given her knowledge about the physical body and how it works. Through her healing and helping others she has discovered simple techniques that can help the body regain optimal health and wellness on all levels.
