He is a celebrated motivator and an ardent spiritualist at heart. Attached to many social organisations including Rotary International and various United Nations associations, he was born in a lower middleclass family, struggled to complete his studies with the help and support of kindly neighbours and an NGO. A passionate social reformer, he has now launched and supports the Girl Child Education Programme, Sukanya, which is a project very close to his heart.
