I grew up with parents that provided me what I needed and tried to give me what I wanted although that was easier said than done most times. I was very fortunate to have both my mom and my dad a part of my life and involved in school and sports even after high school. We didn’t have a lot growing up, but we had each other. Through their strong work ethic, I learned mine and through their constant encouragement, I learned to discover new things, explore my imagination, and learned to respect people and the world in which we live in. My dad always said, “Son, I have done the best I can by showing you all the things not to do” I would say that is half true as my dad did teach me a lot of good things too.As I continue this journey called life, I hope to be able to share my unfiltered thoughts and for you to find common ground with me and maybe take something away that you can use, learn and grow with. I think the best way to live is to learn, and the best way to learn is to teach what you have experienced. I hope to learn something from you as well and thank you for sharing in the journey with me.I have over 15 years in leading technology initiatives and driving change for both SMB’s and Enterprise organizations. I have over 10 years in Oil and Gas related industries ranging from Downstream to Upstream and working on both sides between clients and manufactures. Additionally, I have worked with all levels of leadership from operational managers to Senior VP’s and across different spectrums within finance, operations, and HR.
