While well equipped for a wildlife career, neither degree truly prepared him for life as a wildlife law enforcement officer. Fortunately, two veteran game wardens took him under their wing teaching him the tricks of the trade. Literally working day and night, with fellow officers and alone, he amassed an impressive list of arrests.
