During his career, he worked with some of the most notorious criminals in the country in Men's Central Jail and Twin Towers, which are two of the facilities making up the largest county jail system in the U.S. As a national recruiter for the Sheriff's Department, he has spoken at colleges, universities, high schools, and other venues on the value of police work as a calling and a duty.
