Growing up on the family farm in a community dedicated to supporting agriculture, Karlene is aware of the importance of wholesome living and of the toll our modern lifestyles and diets have taken on our health. Co-author of Healthy Fats for Life, Karlene holds a BSc in Nutrition from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada and is a registered dietitian.
