While obtaining his Master's & PhD in Counseling at the University of North Texas, Dr. Rees was instructing undergraduates & graduates in psychology & counseling courses. Then in 2007 he opened his private practice, primarily focused on therapy with tweens, adolescents, young adults and their parents. After living the life of a lead singer in a rock band in his 20's, he is now trying to keep up with his wife & three daughters. Dr. Rees is also a partner of a mediation service called Divorce Without Duress, and, the founder of Tri-C Parenting. After spending 15 years and over 40,000 hours counseling kids and their parents, he has created this fundamental and widely applicable system to help navigate the complex path of productive parenting.
