Since then he has worked in numerous libraries, bookstores and book wholesalers, among other things. He holds a Bachelors degree in New Testament and a Masters Degree in Old Testament and has written a standard reference work on the Dead Sea Scrolls. His articles, stories and scholarly pieces have appeared in numerous publications. He is also an avid scuba diver, and reviews video games on an Internet show called No Life With Irving, which can be seen at http://www.irvingszoo.com.
