He graduated from South Boston High School class of 1968. After high school he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1971. He attended Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ and earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. Stafford spent his career in law enforcement in the State of New Jersey.
