David wants to help more people realize the American dream and become homeowners. So he wrote Agents are Liars! to help people learn how to find an honest, ethical real estate agent and how to buy or sell a home. He also wrote the book to show agents how their clients see the industry. If you had to explain this book in one sentence, what would you say?
This book empowers home buyers and sellers with the knowledge they need to select the best agent, and the knowledge they need to stay AWAY from the WORST.
What influenced you to write this book?
In my over 13 years in real estate, I've seen too many people lose thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars to lying agents. I want to educate the public so that they know what to watch out for so they don't end up with an unethical and dishonest agent.

This book is for anyone thinking about ever buying or selling a home. It's especially important for people who are thinking about making a move soon to read this book. This book is for you whether you are a first time buyer, a first time seller, or you've bought and sold many homes.
