Whether it’s through private coaching/facilitating energy healing, or facilitating groups/speaking engagements, she creates and holds a space for them to know the power they hold to free up their energy so they can create a life of connection, fulfillment, and joy.
Kelly’s unconventional healing journey began when she found herself with one foot in the world of overwhelm and exhaustion, and another in fulfillment and joy. As an empath who is highly attuned to the needs of others, she did well for herself in a 20-year career in training and development, but tension and fatigue told her it was time for a change.
It wasn’t until a life coaching certification program helped her to see that by tuning into her own inner wisdom, she could step onto the path of entrepreneurship, and apply her empathic abilities in a new way.
She has since incorporated shamanic healing, mind-body coaching, Reiki, and Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®) into her practice, and invites those who want to flow with their life’s purpose to schedule a free discovery call at www.kellycmullen.com/contact.
