God inspired him and started opening up doors and later became a Salvation Army-trained Chaplain. He is the founder of Intouch Global, ministering and coaching leaders to change cultures into places of valuing each other more than themselves. The passion that drives the business is God's love and desire to change cultures with Jesus in the center. Ross is passionate to see every believer in Jesus walking and actioning faith in love, living free in peace and their given authority and power.
