Cassandra believes that the cultivation of an inner compassionate presence is a precious key in the healing of trauma, grief, and pain. As well as sincere and intimate relationships to the natural world. She is a Registered Social Worker, Eco-Therapist and Trained Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher.
Writing and poetry have always been a crucial pathway of expression and integration for Cassandra throughout her life.
